Partner Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your participation in the AI Educators Alliance Founding Partner Programme operated by CB Productions LLC (“the Company”), registered in Sharjah Media City Free Zone (Shams), UAE. By submitting an application or accepting a partner invitation you agree to these terms in full.

1. The programme

The AI Educators Alliance Founding Partner Programme allows approved partners to earn referral commissions by introducing paying customers to AI Educators Alliance courses and products. Participation is by invitation only following a successful application review.

2. Eligibility

To participate you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have an active audience relevant to AI education (educators, trainers, coaches, consultants, or similar)
• Complete the application process and receive written acceptance from the Company
• Comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence, including any regulations governing referral fees or commission income

3. Commission structure

Accepted partners earn a flat referral fee of USD 300 per new paying customer successfully referred. A referral is deemed successful when the referred individual completes a qualifying purchase and the payment is confirmed non-refundable. Commission rates may be revised with 30 days’ written notice to active partners.

4. Payment

Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid within 15 business days via the payment method agreed at onboarding. The Company reserves the right to withhold payment where a referral is disputed, refunded, or obtained through fraudulent means. Partners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to commission income in their jurisdiction.

5. Partner obligations

You agree to:

• Represent AI Educators Alliance products accurately and honestly
• Not make claims about earnings, results, or product features that are false or misleading
• Disclose your referral relationship in all promotional communications in accordance with applicable advertising standards
• Not engage in spam, paid search bidding on our brand terms, or any other prohibited marketing practices notified to you in writing
• Keep your referral link and any partner materials confidential and not share them with unauthorised parties

6. Intellectual property

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use approved AI Educators Alliance branding solely for the purpose of promoting the programme. All intellectual property rights in the brand, content, and products remain with the Company. You may not create derivative works or sub-licence any materials without prior written consent.

7. Term and termination

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with 14 days’ written notice. The Company may terminate immediately and withhold unpaid commissions if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or bring the brand into disrepute. Earned commissions for completed, non-disputed referrals prior to termination will be paid in full.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability to you in connection with this programme shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any dispute, difference, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, discharge and applicable remedies, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (the DIFC Courts).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Active partners will be notified by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued participation after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
