CB Productions LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered in Sharjah Media City Free Zone (Shams), operates the AI Educators Alliance founding partner programme at aieducatorsalliance.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

1. Data we collect

When you submit an application we collect:

  • Full name and email address
  • LinkedIn profile URL
  • Country of residence
  • Languages you teach in
  • A short description of your audience and teaching experience
  • How you heard about us
  • UTM parameters from the URL you arrived on (used to measure marketing channels)

We also collect anonymous page-view and scroll-depth events through Plausible Analytics. Plausible does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.

2. How we use your data

  • To review your application and decide whether to offer you a partner position
  • To send you a confirmation email and any follow-up communications about your application
  • To understand which marketing channels bring in applicants (aggregate, not individual)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data storage and processors

Your application data is stored in Convex (convex.dev), a cloud database service hosted on AWS in the United States. Video on this site is delivered by Mux, Inc. Analytics are processed by Plausible Analytics, hosted in the EU. Each processor is bound by its own data processing agreement and applicable law.

4. Retention

We retain application data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Anonymous analytics data is retained indefinitely in aggregate form.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent to communications at any time

6. Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookieless by design. No consent banner is required.

7. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
